Krispy Kreme Field Trip

Last Thursday, the 21st of January, Greyson had his Krispy Kreme Field Trip. This is always a favorite because you can look at the cool machine that makes the doughnuts and see them being made through the whole process. Greyson and Garett loved it and of course loved the doughnut they get, and of course we have to get a dozen to take back for Gavin and Mike.

Garett Stats

I have been completely horrible when it comes to blogging about Garett's stats, so here I will just put it all in one place:

6 Months - 7/28/2014 he was 17.5 lbs and 26 inches height for 38% and 22%
9 Months - 10/2/2014 he was 19.68 lbs and 28 inches height for 40% and 48%
1 Year - 1/12/2015 he was 20.4 lbs and 29 inches height for 16% and 25%
13 Months - 2/15/2015 he was 20.5 lbs and 29.72 inches height for 11% and 31%
15 Months - 4/30/2015 he was 22.4 lbs and 30 inches height for 17% and 13%
18 Months - 7/8/2015 he was 24 lbs and 30.5 inches height for 25% and 8%
19 Months - 8/5/2015 he was 24.01 lbs for 21%
20 Months - 9/10/2015 he was 26.24 lbs and 31.69 inches height for 45% and 16%
21 Months - 10/2/2015 he was 26.8 lbs and 32.25 inches height for 49% and 22%

Ice Castles

Last weekend, to celebrate Garett's and Mike's birthdays, we went up to Soldier Hollow in Midway to see the Ice Castles. The boys had the best time looking at them and wandering through them. They had ice slides and snow to play in. It was every boys dream. They had so much fun. After about an hour walking around and seeing everything, we headed back to Heber and ate lunch with Mike's mom. It was a great Saturday to get out and explore while celebrating Mike and Garett's birthdays!

Garett's 2nd Birthday

On Sunday, January 10th, we celebrated Garett's 2nd birthday. We went to church and ate lunch. He got a nap and after his nap, I gave him his Dinosaur present (that was just a bunch of toy dinosaur figurines we have had for a while). After that we made Breakfast for dinner (one of his favorite) and gave him his big present after Mike got home from Drill weekend. We ate Chocolate cupcakes and had a great day celebrating him! I love that little chunky boy!

Mike's 35th

Mike's Birthday was on the 8th of January, and he is 35 now! He took the day off and hung out with the boys before he had Drill weekend. We had cake the night before his birthday with his crazy candle that was flaming and played Happy Birthday. We went to Chili's for his birthday dinner and gave him a smoker for his birthday. We can't wait to use it. Hopefully it was a good birthday!

Randomness

Here is just a bunch of randomness!

I love that he still wants to cuddle and fall asleep on me

I made these cute I am a child of God mirrors for my new Sunbeams

Purple Hair, don't care. (It is all gone now though :( )

Selfie boy. He liked to take pictures!

Garett's New Bed

On New Year's Day, we set up the Toddler Bed for Garett. He was and still is so excited to be able to get in and out of his bed and to be in the big boy bed now.

Gavin got accepted to his Dual Immersion School, but I didn't get into Dental Hygiene School. We are all starting to feel better, except Greyson and his acid reflux

October - I turn 33. Halloween, and all the activities that includes.

November - Gas Leak. Thanksgiving.

December - Christmas, and all the activities that includes. Going to New Mexico. Greyson gets croup in NM. Playing in the snow.

It was quite the adventurous 2015! Here's to less sickness and more fun and family in 2016!

After Christmas

On Christmas, we opened presents and ate Crepes for Breakfast. We relaxed and played with our new toys, watched our new movies and had a nice relaxing day. On the way down to New Mexico, I had a cold, so we were hoping the boys wouldn't get anything. On Christmas night, before the sun went down and it got too cold, we took the boys to the park. On the way home from the park, Greyson started coughing and we knew that he was getting sick. That night, he woke up wheezing and croupy cough. It was not awesome. After a 30 minute drive to the ER, and an hour wait later, we decided to leave because it was too busy at the ER. Cathy has a friend who has a nebulizer and let us borrow it. We got him a blessing and treatment and made it through the night.

On Saturday, we called our Dr. and he called in a medicine for Greyson to NM. We made it home, but we still gave Greyson treatments for a week after to get him through it.
