DoTERRA Boutique

Last Saturday I finally did my own doTERRA booth at a Yard Sale in Eagle Mountain.  Thanks to Brittany and Rachel for helping me out.  I made Healing Salve, an Allergy Blend Salve and Vapor Rub Salve with oils for it as well as Bath Bombs, Lip Balm, and some Clay Necklaces you can wear and put oils on for aromatherapy.  I sold a lot of stuff and we got a lot of interest in the oils, so we will see where we can go from here.  I am excited to start this new adventure and help people see that they can take advantage of their own health care with Essential Oils.  If you want to know more info, or want to try some of the stuff I make, please get in contact with me, or leave a comment!

Christmas Trees

Gavin and Greyson have been big on Christmas Trees this year so I found this pin on pinterest that you can take an icecream cone, turn it upside down and decorate it like a gingerbread house as a Christmas Tree.  I had some icecream cones, bought some frosting and candy and we started our adventure.  Gavin had so much fun decorating his tree and then eating the frosting, Greyson liked eating all the candy off his tree as I was putting it on and Mike liked trying different things with his tree.

Time Out Chair

Way back when (in July) I decided that it was time we had a Time Out Chair. I don't know why I decided to "make" one but I found some that I really liked on Pinterest and though, "how hard could it be?" So I went to DI and couldn't find a chair that I liked so I checked Savers next. I found a couple that I liked that would work for the idea I had in my head, so I bought one and away we went. I sanded it, repainted it, found a timer on Everythingkitchens.com that I really liked and Velcroed it on the chair. Then the chair sat, and sat, and sat until November when I finally got all the vinyl that I wanted cut out and put on the Chair! It was now complete. I love the finished result and even though the boys don't like to be sent to time out, they still love the time out chair.

Ugly Christmas Sweater

Last year, my Boss was going to have a Ugly Christmas Sweater party but she didn't give us enough time to find an Ugly Sweater, so she decided to move it to this year. I looked, & looked, & looked for one everywhere, but couldn't find one "ugly" enough. I found one on Ebay but it was $125 & I DIDN'T want to spend that much at all. So, I decided to make one! Here is the finished product. Everyone at work says I should sell it on Ebay & see how much I can get for it. What do you think?

PS - This is my 200th Post! Congrats to us! YAY!!!
