Broken Hand

On December 29th, Mike came home from work and said his hand hurt.  On Tuesday (the next day) he woke up and it was swollen and hurt more.  He went to the Doctor and it was broken.  They splinted it and told him to come back in a week for a cast.

Then he went and got a "camo" green and black cast put on it that he will be in for 3 weeks.  Hopefully he can get it off and keep it off this Friday, because it is hard being a mechanic with one hand/arm, and he doesn't want to go drill this weekend with a cast.  If it isn't healed, then it will be back on for 2 more weeks.  Here's to broken bones.

Happy New Year

We were boring this year, like always.  The boys got cranky around 8, so we watched King Julien's New Year countdown on Netflix and shot off the party poppers the boys got in the Christmas stockings.  Then we sent the boys off to bed and Mike and I watched Hours with Paul Walker (Crazy movie).  HAPPY NEW YEAR!
