Easter Suits

We of course got the boys Suits for Easter and last Sunday was the first time they wore them to church, so we had to take picture. Garett was having none of it. He was tired and hadn't napped yet.

Day at the Park

A couple weekends ago, we went to the park with Jessi and her girls. We went to a couple parks all around South Jordan, Herriman, and Riverton.  The boys loved playing with friends and love the park with the swings the best. I'm thankful we have friends we can hang out with from time to time.

Our Health

Oh my heavens! 2015 has been the year of sickies or sickness or not being healthy. How about that! So we had our 6 weeks of February/March when we were sick. At the beginning of March, we all had Dentist appointments. Greyson has never been good with the Dentist, but something this time just set him off and it was a horrible visit. After that visit, Greyson started choking on everything he ate and had a weekend where he wouldn't eat anything. Finally he started eating crackers and eventually he started adding other foods to his meal. I had the Dr. check him out the end of March and there was nothing blocking his throat and it didn't look like it was constricted. So we made an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) appointment. We went to that appointment on Monday the 6th and we are starting him on Acid Reflux medication for the next 30 days to see if that helps. If it doesn't, we have a follow up appointment with the ENT in May to do further Allergy testing.

A couple weeks after Greyson started choking on food, Gavin started going to the bathroom every half hour. He would have to pee all the time but hardly anything would come out. His teacher at school even mentioned it to me as well. So, last Friday I took him to the Dr. There was nothing in his pee and we couldn't do a Glucose test, so we are thinking that it is stress and giving it a month. If it hasn't gone away by the end of April, we have the boys' well child checks and will bring it back up then for more testing.

Garett has had a really hard time with these molars he is getting in! Teething is so hard.

Mike and I have had colds for the last week (again!) AGH! Can't we all just be healthy?

The last couple times I have gotten the vacuum out, Greyson has been right by my side asking if he can help. And of course I let him (after I have vacuumed everything myself first). He is always so ready and willing to help out.

Dining Room Update

We bought a new dining room table that we could all sit at and that wasn't ruined for our new dining room. We took everything out of the dining room and now have the table and 6 chairs and a new smaller desk for the computer. It is still a work in progress, but it is coming along.

Easter

Happy Easter 2015. We had a nice Easter this year. We dyed Easter Eggs on Saturday before the afternoon session of Conference and on Sunday we played with the Legos the boys got all day long. It was fun times! The boys loved what they got in their baskets and we had a nice day together as a family.
