Carving Pumpkins
This year, since the pumpkins didn't last from the pumpkin patch, we went to Smiths and got some huge pumpkins and carved them on Sunday. The boys had so much fun picking their pumpkins, and helping gut them out, picking out their jack-o-lantern design and playing with the lights that go in the pumpkins.

Crazy Hair Day
Last week at Gavin's school, it was Red Ribbon Week, and on Wednesday, they did Crazy Hair Day. So naturally he had to have Mike color his hair to honor the day!

Pumpkin Patch Preschool Field Trip
This month's Preschool Field Trip for Greyson was to the Pumpkin Patch. I took Garett this year, and they loved it. They climbed up haystacks, went through corn mazes, looked at farm animals and got to pick pumpkins.
Fun Day Outside
Last weekend it was such a nice day, that after we ran our errands, the boys wanted to ride the Jeep. We haven't let them play with the Jeep for a while, so we deicded to get it out for them. They had a lot of fun and Garett had his first ride on it.
Halloween 2015 (So Far)
We have the boys costumes for Halloween this year, and they are all really excited. They ask all the time if they can wear them. We got Pumpkins from the Pumpkin Patch that Greyson went to for his Preschool Field Trip, but they weren't very good ones and have already gone bad, so we will have to go this weekend and pick some more. Gavin is going to be Lightning McQueen, Greyson will be a Dinosaur/Dragon and Garett is going as a Monkey!
We had a make a countdown chain to Halloween because the boys have been so anxious for it to get here. Don't worry, it has already been torn down and destroyed, so now we are counting down days by the calendar.
FHE Prayer Pretzels
The boys have been struggling with staying reverent during prayers, so we had a FHE on Prayers and how we need to act when praying. We made these Pretzels and called them Prayer Pretzels. I was super excited they turned out because when I have tried in the past to make bread, it hasn't worked out, and this time it did! They tasted amazing and the boys loved the lesson and have been doing better.
Uncle Ben
We got a visit from Uncle Ben on Conference Weekend! It is always so fun to see family we haven't seen in awhile!
