I can't believe my Little Guy #1 will be 3 in just 10 short days! He is Growing up, fast!

I was fixing Greyson's hair from his Bed Head (see next post) and so Gavin then wanted a Mowhawk like Greyson!

Greyson's Bed Head! I think he might need another haircut, but I can't bring myself to get it cut! I love his hair!

Boys

I love these boys. They get along so good! I hope they will be best friends and be there for each other always! I am so lucky!

Yesterday

Uh...Hello! February is OVER! Well, almost. I need to get a Leap Year Day post in here somehow, right?

Yesterday, was a CRAPSTASTIC day! It really was. The boys went to a new babysitter, which was fine, but I was a nervous nelly all day long. Got home from work to make dinner, and guess what, I didn't have everything I needed to make said dinner. So we had to slum it at Burger King. After we got home from BK at about 6:45 pm, Greyson cried, and cried, and screamed until literally 8pm when I finally got him on the boob! WTH? Nothing helped him.

Then he was up and down all night last night. I don't know if it was stress of a new babysitter, or teething or breathing. (that is another post I need to get around to writing)

So, yeah. It isn't all peaches and roses at my house. I wish it was sometimes, that I didn't have to deal with all the drama, or unknown. I try to be happy all the time and put on a happy face, but I am feeling the effects of last night, and wanting to get my crappy feelings of yesterday out so I can move on...and do better today!

Now...on to better things! Stay tuned for happier posts...and maybe a couple (or 1) crappy one!

10 Months

For real? My Greyson bug is 10 months old. Which means...UPDATE TIME!

*He still sucks at sleeping...I am not going to lie...

*He eats EVERYTHING. Bananas, peas, pasta, rice, bread, crackers, anything and everything he can get his little hands on goes straight into his mouth!

*He is liking his belly more and more now. He actually started sleeping on his belly which is a nightmare. (It wakes him up more frequently)

*He likes to clap his hands, clack his tongue, point, and make funny noises with his breathing through his teeth.

*Speaking of teeth...he still has 6, but I know for a FACT that his bottom 2nd 2 teeth will be in ANY DAY!

*He still nurses 5 times a day. He is a hungry boy! (I am down to 1 pump a day at work though

*He loves his brother and likes it when Gavin gets down with him and plays cars with him. He tries so hard to "get" Gavin when he is close.

*He is still in 9-12 and 12 month clothes.

*He is officially in size 3 diapers.

*He is still not crawling, but he does get up on his knees sometimes.

*He likes to pull up on you and things around him.

*He does go to sleep really well, we just have to put him down and in a couple minutes he is out!

*He is a big cheeser & will smile big with his eyes closed at you! Love it!

What a cute little guy...We are busy planning away at his 1st birthday party. Can't believe it will be in 2 months!

Greyson's Stats and other Tidbits to Remember

We took Greyson to his 9 Month Well Child Check yesterday. Here are his stats:

Weight: 17 lbs 10 ozs 4%tile
Height: 28 Inches 37%tile
Head: 18.1 Inches 68%tile

So he is starting to even out! Not such a big boy anymore, but really he is!

The Dr. is putting him in Zyrtec (Allergy medicine) to see if that will help combat his Continuous sniffles. Hopefully it will help him sleep too! He also gave us a referral to see an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat Dr.)

Also, he said that his gums were swollen which means...More Teeth! Happy Happy Joy Joy, how much more fun can we have?

Other then that he said that Greyson is still nursing more then normal (5 times a day) but that he is growing great!

Cute Greyson

My Greyson is just the cutest kid...besides his brother Gavin! I swear he can not tak a bad picture. Well, that is not entirely true, but he is still cute!

Playing in the snow

A couple weeks ago we FINALLY got a good snow storm that we could go out and play in! Gavin LOVED it! We threw snowballs and Mike shoveled. I think he is ready for more snow!
